Traction Drive System Diagnosing System
Overview: The Traction Devices Diagnosing System (TDDS) of the CRH5A platform is composed of a vibration and temperature sensor for the gearbox, a vibration sensor for the electrical machinery, and a mainframe for acquisition and diagnosis.
With the TDDS, vibration acceleration and temperature data are collected from the gearbox and motor in real time for the purpose of analyzing and monitoring the operating status of the cardan shaft and the gearbox. The Train Control & Management System (TCMS), where the analysis results are stored and reported, is reached via the MVB.
